I donated about.... a week ago, i've sent 2 emails regarding not getting any donater benefits that I donated for. Is there somthing I am not doing right or what?

You're doing all fine, just wait patiently, Hyper is the only who can give you your status and he's currently away. You should be getting you status as soon as he's back.
