New features for house!

I guess house is not the highest priority, but I'd like to post some feature ideas anyway. Some of them have might been suggested before, though. I don't know.
It would be awesome if these suggestions were added to the "to-do queue".

1. I'd like a option to change ranks in the house. For example: Change Sergeant rank to something else, like Templar Knight for my own house.
2. An option for what a rank in the house should be allowed to do. Like give Sergeant an option to invite players, or change MOTD.
3. It would be awesome if the leader in a house could make a new rank with it's own permissions.

I must also say that I miss kings task and kings campaign, but I'm sure you're aware of that.
If anyone has any ideas, I can sure add them to the list.

Number one is for changing names of ranks, but this feature could sure part of the third.

Agree with topicstarter. It will be very useful to delegate permissions for trusted persons.
