I have to admit that I was suspicious about him as he offered me 9 zinc if I would borrow him my tome over a month ago but I thought we will be able to educate him. Scaming is the worst crime to be commited in NI (at least to me) so I think this behaviour shouldnt be tolerated.
I hope his words wont be inspiration to anyone else.

Stealing items is certainly not something we condone but we also don't do convictions for talking about it. Unless you start teaching people how to actually exploit maps etc. I really suggest you try something like that Ghostz... honest... please do... Just give me a reason and your name will become you in a way that adds irony to your lack of judgement.
