How to delete character?

Hello i want delete one of my characters, how i can do this?

You can only hide characters

Then i cant make character with that same name?

You can rename your old character and then make a new account with the name you desire

Ok i respec this char and its ok (i think). But i have another question, when i kill with for example one handed weapon, my skill in this type of weapons increase like in single player?
