I am sure you are aware of world politics. This player "Rain" wrote insulting expression of the Russian nation that use Ukrainian Nazis - "moskalі" (it is written in Ukrainian - "москалi" ).
"iгноримо москалiв" - this translated as "ignore Russian". Thus, it calls to other Ukrainian fueling ethnic conflict.
