Every few days when I try and join the server it tells me "Incorrect Authorization Key" even though I was playing on the same PC on the same Steam account the night before with no issues.

Taleworlds' issues, not ours sorry. Just have to wait a little while. Most players find rebooting warband or joining a native server fixes this.
