Horses Bugged again

Again with the slow feature my gorse bugged after food horses,
first i spawn with a full hp horse normal speed, then i see a better horse is damage slow speed ok, then i get my old horse back full hp and slow speed ?!?! mhm then feed horse glitch moves. no colition... then get down and up, and again slow speed .....
