"That player is not in the same house as you"

I don't know why this happens, I sometimes get this message error when I try to invite someone which is, strangely, in the same house as me. Maybe a problem due to several players with the same name ? The aforesaid player can invite me though.
Does anyone know something about this bug ?

Edit : There is a similar topic in "house problem" part, but from 2012. Time to fix it, (or time to say that it's not going to be fixed^^)

I have the same bug although we are only 4 members in the House. ^^

long time ago i had this bug. strange was, it only happened as i had no clan-tag^^

I can confirm that this happenes sometimes.
I invited a Char, he was in my House then but i was not able to sent him a trade invitation.
He invited me and we did our trade. After that i tried to invite him again but the same error message showed up.
