[Quest bug]: "Welcome to the Army!"

This has happened for a long time and yeah. I think it's related to database strain at the point at which you complete the quest.

When the database does its backup, it gets a little bit laggy and it tends to give you the reward on many kills of what you need to kill.

Let's say you have to kill a peasant, well by the time you killed it , it hasn't registered yet and you killed many more. So when the Database "catch up" with what's going on , it calculates that the quest was completed for every kill since it hasn't toggle the quest to "off" yet. Same thing with the level, if you get a level up when the database is very busy (being updated, doing its backup, etc..) when you gain a level, it gives you +1 level, but that +1 gets accumulated and when the DB catches up, you end up with up to +15 levels (saw it happened once). It doesn't give you extra XP , just extra AC, and when it goes over lvl 52, usually you get cut back quickly to 52. Your total XP required for the next level will be to the roof , so even if you get the extra levels, it's pointless since you still dont have the XP for the your next class.
