Is it possible to use NI items in another mod ?

sorry if I have asked my question in a wrong place , but couldn't find a better place
my question is , is it possible to use NI items in a single player mod only for personal use ?
If yes how ?
I appreciate it if someone could answer my question , would be the best if a dev answer

Most items in NI are from OSP packs i believe which everyone can freely use those if they credit the creator.
Although you have be more catious with the ones the creators and the community designed themselves.

Ryu's stuff and the stuff in the modeling contest aren't OSP, you'll have to contact the modelers.

I think you guys miss-understood something .
I'm not gonna make a mod for public and publish it
I'm just gonna make my preferred mod and use it for personal use only
I don't think I need to credit the owners or take permission

If it's not distributed and for personal use only I don't think anyone can stop you from doing anything.
