Unban request for KWSN_James_Bond

I'm talking on his behalf because he's my friend and dont know how to speak english.

So, he said he was banned for no reason at all, he was playing on a ragnarok server(but dont remember which one), and then he was kicked from the server and when tried to enter in another server said he was banned.

If theres a reason for this, please say, because he dont know. And if there's no one, please remove the ban and let him play again.

Is this still an issue?  I see no sign of a ban.
