I have tried all your suggestions but i still spawn with just gauntlets and boots so here is my ID    2455867

It sounds like the hotfix is not installed properly.  Did you use the auto-updater or the zip?  Either way, try again and see if there is still a problem.

I have tried again. Installed updater in Mount and Blade modules folder not Nordinvasion because it wont let me open it in Nordinvasion.

The updater is meant to be in the modules folder and not in the NordInvasion folder... Tongue
