Make Flemish Strings and Handles useful in other professions

As you may know things like Dye goes away for around 4000k
Meanwhile there are Flemish Strings for 200-300 per piece, noone except some recipes of blacksmith needs them

please make them available in other Crafting Recipes (for example in a shield or armor) (or as a horse leather armor)

Yeah they sell for 1800 a piece now on average
