I logged on to my character being reset.

I logged on this morning to check if my AH thing sold to find that my character was reset. I thought it may have just been the website so I jumped in a game to double-check and indeed, my character has been reset. Anybody know why and what steps I need to do in order to retrieve my character?

I also would like to add that I have done nothing malicious to warrant an account reset. If I did do something inadvertently and without my knowledge I never got a warning and I never lost 50% of my xp.
