Shortly after this a number of people joined the server so they quickly abandoned the spot, this shows them in the server and the vanguards unable to get up the stairs, sadly I couldn't get a pic of them actively throwing from the top of the stairs, but this combined with the other logs from the NI_manual server should be enough.
