I live in NA east, and my ping on NA servers this past week has been higher than eu servers and at some times au servers. I'd like to know if it is a client side or server side issue because most servers are nearly unplayable for me now. I have had no recent changes with my internet or anything so I'm hopelessly confused.
edit: as i was typing this my eu pings shot up from 120 to 210 D:
furthur edit: my eu pings are still rising, 230 now, the NA pings are staying constant at 130-150, used to be 50 on a bad day.

I have the same problem. first I'm having trouble finding the server but once I see 1 of the NA server and tries to join it always says "Lost connection to server" it's maybe because of the ping spiking. I have no trouble joining/ping in AU and EU servers.
Same as I, my ping raised from 70 to 88-100 now and I get more ping spikes/lag spikes on NA servers (which used to be rare). Also sometimes I lose connection to servers or cannot connect for minutes at a time. No recent changes to my internet also so want to know if its client side or server side.

This can be several things, from a brother or sister in the internet without noticing , to your porvider doing some maintenance, over the taleworlds server being at their maximum capacity, up to the sevrer host being busy.

This happened to me too. I hopped on NI to play a little at the beginning of the week and I noticed that my ping went from the usual 50-60 up to 140+. I live in NA East as well. My EU ping went up to 200+ and my AU ping is 300+. It's been at persistent all week and it really sucks :'(

I think i might have solve my problem about "Lost connection to server" every time i try to join NA servers. What i did is Instead of going to favorites tab to join i go to Internet tab this will take a few seconds to show all the NI server. I know its a bit weird but it works. found out myself.

i may just go afg for a while because of how bad its getting, 200 ping on every server, AU I'm not even going to bother joining when before i might have tried, AU is at 400-600 ping now(still rising) and i have no clue whats causing it. :/ May be something completely on my end but I have no idea what could be causing this as my ping has always been fine before and if anything less people are on my internet at a time now than before this started. Might try a new setup just for me, I really don't know.
