New steam...

Two of my friends got a new steam now because the old were not working anymore After an update... So can somebody help me/them to transfer their old ni Accounts on their new steam ?

The "free weekend" on Steam has caused many problems with people getting new characters each time they join a server and not their own gear.  Because of the random ids being assigned from TaleWorlds, we cannot transfer any accounts until the weekend is over and the random ids stop.
