Website not updating my profile

For some reason the website is not updating my profile for example my gold, exp and etc....

Make sure your username is the same as your Warband profile, make sure you are clicking "update", make sure you have the same Warband key.

Are you on correct NI version?

im pretty sure my game is all update to its current version and character wise i only have one lol so there shouldn't be anything wrong with that

Are you getting a new activation code each time you join a server?  Are you getting your gear?
