Quest bug between different Characters

It might be just me, but I found that if you're on character 1 and you have clicked on a quest e.g dead at the top, (staying on the quest screen ) then swap to character 2 which doesn't have dead at the top activated as a quest it allows you to activate that quest without having to wait the period of time that you can reset the quest. It only works on quests that are available at your level.

It has to do with the Quest bug.  Ever sense the Database was moved to a new host the quests have been acceptable as soon as you finish them, as long as this is not the first time that you did finish them.  I heard Kip was looking into fixing it.
