Do you have Winrar? It's the most common decompression tool. With it installed, all you need to do is double-click the archive, and drag the files inside out.

Download WinRAR from the above link and install it.
Right click the downloaded Nord Invasion RAR file and click Extract. Move NordInvasion folder to YourMountAndBladeDirectory/Modules
