The ranks in the forumprofiles

Hey NI community,
I have a small question about the ranks like recruit,  hero member or full member. I'd like to know how to get ranks like these or what they mean?
Do you have an advantage, if you are hero member etc?

They are based on your post count, the higher the count the better the titles.
