Just an impression: if most of other ppl do not experience any trouble with their ping then it doesn't seem to be any issue Devs could handle. It just seems specific to your connection rather than the servers side. Should it be servers side (so NI team might have a word with the hosting provider) it should affect everyone...
As you're saying your pings to other destinations (like TS server) are ok, it looks like something in routing between your ISP and NI servers hosting.
