It was Sarranid Mail coif or something, used to be a heavy infantry helm until it dissapeared [presumably removed].

Nope,there was a t3 version looked half mail coif having 46 armor.

In addition, I had lost Steel Bastard Straight Sword in my inventory, crafting cost over 300k.
