Polished Landscape

Is it possible to manually Install "Polished Landscape" mod into Nord Invasion ?
Im not sure if it conflicts with anything

No, there isnt any graphics mod that Nord Invasion has, in fact, you should install more of these graphical enhancements to make this mod more interesting for you.

I would also recommend the cinematic mod, but remove the sounds of that mod, it's horrible.

To answer your question. Yes you are fine to use whatever texture mini-mod you like with NordInvasion.

Please report the results. I had originally intended to install polished landscapes but was afraid it'd break the game or something (that and I'm pretty lazy)  :-[
