In another mod there is a "bank" system that allows any person in the house to put items into this "bank" so other people could borrow these items without bothering the owner with trades and trade backs. The house leader/captains are/should be able to move the lent items back into the bank at will and have the option of returning them into the bank or into the owners inventory.

It would be helpful.
It would be nice to have options like forced returning of an item by the leader (maybe also by cpts) and another one like items will be automatically returned if someone leaves the house to prevent stealing.

In the other mod if you try to sell or auction the item the only botton that shows up is a return to armory button.
