Key to add bolts in the clip repeaters

if 'no longer being annoying to use' makes repeaters op, they can always be nerfed in less annoying ways. it sounds like adding the feature would be difficult, but even more simple changes such as switching weapon mode (to same crossbow mode) with 0 dmg and single clip, or less time between shots might be a nice transition if it'd take a long time to get the new key feature.
