Changing computers?

Just for the information:
Accounts are probably saved on NI database, so yes login with steam account on another computer will work having the same level/stats.
Just make a new account with the same name in-game and making new face as well.

If you want to keep the faces of your profiles here is the location of where to find this files:
My Computer - Local Disk (C - Users - <YourPCname> - AppData - Roaming - Mount&Blade Warband(Copy this folder on the same place on another computer)

Also note, AppData is a hidden folder. To be able to see hidden folders go to Control Panel - Folder Options - View - Mark the "Show hidden files, folders and drives".
