if we value a toolkit/blessing/offering at 7mil each, I think it should be something like that:
Cursed Gothic Sallet: 12-13mil
Cursed Gothic Plate: 12-13mil
Studded Gauntlets: 8mil
Cursed Gothic Greaves: 5-6mil
Dreaded War Pick: 3-4mil
Blessed Mjolnir: 18-20mil (prolly nobody's gonna pay that tho)
Blessed Shield of Kings: 17-19mil (same here, most likely unsellable)
also, you might have to subtract a little (a lot?) because upgraded items lose some of their theoretical value due to being upgraded and thus hard to sell at all, so expect to get less than what I've foolishly typed here
