FYI, it's difficult to name a precise price for it (much more than legendaries), since it's the only donator item usable ingame, and people may like it or not. As a weapon, I think it's interesting for archer branch only. I like it, even if the wormbane is better in normal mode, I have a preference for the torch, the knockdown ability is useful and can enable you to run away from a Nord.
And last but not least, you switch you bow for the torch quicker than for any other weapon (especially than wormbane) which matters a lot when a Nord is close to you^^
