Im serg and cant equip my old Gauntlets but in the popup it tells that they are useable by everyone.

There have been many topics regarding gauntlets already. The devs replied on this one: http://forum.nordinvasion.com/index.php?...236.0.html

Basically, all gloves aside from mail mittens will be crafting only. You will never be able to use your gauntlets again.
