Throwing weapons going through bots

Bit annoying to watch Jav after Jav clearly go through a bot then they kill you   I play on servers with good pings, so don't think it is that.

If you are slightly higher in elevation than your target or are near point blank range, you have to aim slightly lower for headshots.

NI doesn't use anything different from native for hit detection.
