Does gear weight, our STR stat, and other factors change how we preform ingame?
I ask this for two reasons.....
- Other mods (cRPG) and Native lower your effectiveness based on "hidden" formulas that use your stats and skills.
- I can not find any information via these forums.
I know gear has weight, and due to changes in recent patches we are all seeing better ranged/melee output. In cRPG a ranged player needs to keep their combined armor weight close to 7. If a simular rule is used in NI I could start to see why my Archer seems to underperform. My armor weight is currently double that of the "NEW" archer armors. I rather keep the old armor due to higher armor rating (26 versus the 20 of "new" items) But if 12 weight is decreasing my effective output then I will shed the weight to see better results.
So anyone happen to know if weight is just a number, or if the game is actually using it against me?
