Sound good, but maybe limit for regular players is  19 + 1 admin to be 20.

Good idea. The whole 20 players cap is kind of unfair for houses that don't have any admins.

I support this idea and also support NKA for the 19 slot solution so houses that don't have admins who can change a map etc can still get an admin on IRC.

It's not there just because of lag, it's also because a full server playing ragnarok maxes out the CPU leading to server crashes. Odin runs with 18 players, never mind 20, should be in the minority and should stay that way. The limit will not be raised from 16 players but we are in the midst of moving to a new server to hopefully see less crashes on odin.
