The strength factor does not effect the damage of crossbows.

Correct. Redshirt accuracy with a repeater is entertaining.

As we have said however, all items stats are undergoing a comprehensive overhaul. I will not say if bolt stats are changing ('cause I'm an asshole) but I can promise everything is being looked at
