And everytime we are in the same server he is being a douche to me and he is disrespecting other players

If you encounter such behaviour on servers the best choise is to go to our IRC channel and report it there, an admin will most likely respond and deal with the problem

Well said Hablam. Best report him on IRC, we can kick him from there. Not really worth a warning though, unless it develops into a pattern.
