Looking for a house

I am looking for a house. I would prefer a newer house. First of all the house must have:

• One event or more a week
  
• Competent Leadership
  
• EU based
  
• An actual recruiting system other than letting in every Tom, Dick and Harry

Last note: I am not rejoining CC and would rather not join UK. Nothing personal both have been stable since I started playing the mod and don't need my help as much as others might.
