Looking to know the price of the crossbows - Arbalest and Bolt Tosser, would be a huge help if anyone could give me a rough idea.

The Mats price for arbalest is around 850k - 900k, But you can probably find one for 700k - 800k.
As for the bolt tosser, i would personally never give more then 8m, but some people think it's worth 20-25m. So it all depends on who is selling and who is buying. In both cases.
