WTK: What to get for a Zwei

So, I'm selling the Bulwark I looted recently and I'm valuing it at around 20 - 25mil but I'm not entirely sure what to buy with it. I was hoping you guys could help me.

If I can get the items that I know I want, I should be left with about 4-9m which I know is not enough to buy all the replacement stuff but I was hoping for some suggestions. Thanks in advance guys

Banded Mail Armor-> Swadian Halfplate, Heraldic Transitional (Price unknown) ?
Black Wisby Gauntlets -> Swadian Gauntlets (1m) ?

This would be a good approvement already and you will be able to keep alot of gold for anything better, second character or mayby better support items?

Are there any cheaper alternatives to a Halfplate or will I just have to settle for some Striped Armor?
