which crossbow would you prefer when you are chosen marksman. The elegant xbow or a sharpthorn?

Am i right, that the sharpthorn is 5 poits faster and got one more pierce damage?

I'm not sure of the stats ontop of my head but I would just go with elegant then save the cash and get a big shot or e-repeater.

That way you have 2 xbows that are better at different things.

I already got an eastern repeater + sharpthorn.
I just was thinkin about to sell the sharpthorn and get an elegant xbow, beause its much cheaper. I dont need the gold. So i should keep the sharpthorn with higher speed and the 1 point more damage then, right?
