Any value is still personal and always based on who you speak to, there is no right and wrong. Just a you have a chance to get it for that and a you don't have a chance to get it for that. And even if the values would be "correct" you still have to find someone who's selling it. Which might be the main issue.

true,but there are certain prices noone will go below on.And the prices of stag and black arrows are such prices.
