Not sure about Black Arrows, but Zephyr Arrows would be 10m gold. Zephyr Arrows are better in stats, but I think due to the rarity of the Black Arrows as well as it being the best arrows for non Wardens I think the Black Arrows will most likely be a bit more expensive (12-15m I think).

The last two sets of Black Arrows sold for 20m+

Zephyr are around 10mil, maybe more since they are best in slot for Warden after all
