It may be due to an oversight on my part (that was a period when I was a bit disorganized with the tracking of applicants) but I do not recall seeing Baldwin in an event.  The invitation to join our events is still open; I have improved my system and will make a decision once I have seen him in another event and have gotten feedback from some of our members.

Edit: The same goes for all other applicants that have not gotten a response yet.  The invitation to join our events as an applicant remains open till you have either been accepted or declined.
