Lul. My friends bought their steel cutters for 200k-250k. The steel cutter lost value as did the Arbalest, both lost 200k value. Which means that the steel cutter is worth 200-300k while the Arbalest is 400-500k.

a little quick calculation told me that the crafting price for Steel cutter is about 350k, 315 being the raw hardened metal for the blade shards

so my offer is a little over 400k in raw crafting price etc,

i could on the other hand make this offer instead

1 Steel Cutter
1 Highlander Claymore

so a 1 hander that can one slash skirms according to one of my friend's, and an atleast decent 2 handed sword
