Download link for 1.134 is no go, can't get it off the Taleworlds website either. Is there somewhere else to get it?

Avira has a whole trusted file thing. Because the updater isn't seen by many users (compared with other programs) it is very suspicious. There's nothing bad with the updater, so just add to trusted and off you go.
As for the downloads use the second server. Their primary download server has been handing out 0mb files all week.

the game works and I play it a long time now but before I had like about 10 til 20 servers
and now I only have 1 server
name:ni_normal_NA3
is there a problem with that or are the other servers just not updated yet?

Steam updated your M&B to a different version. Here, use this fix:
