All quests are reset

I just found that all my quests are reset. I have no more accepted quests, and all are available, even the ones that are not repeatable. Is this intentional or a bug just for me?

same, but just wait it out i guess

A minor glitch for newer players (or recently completed quests). Think of it as an early Christmas present. You can do them again.
