Seriously though, 55 mil at the very least is a very very steap price, even though it's one of a kind.
I'd suggest not looking for offers like that, cause that will leave you waiting for well over a year.

EDIT: do you see now, how ridiculous that value is? but yes it is up to you for how much you want to sell a item, you could even sell a Small Medic Box for 10m if you find someone who will pay that much for it.
