You can start over on EU servers like Diamond did

Russians heavies and tanks destroyers = Ultra easy mode
US tanks destroyers and heavies = Very easy mode
British = Normal mode
Germans and french tanks = Ultra-hardcore Nightmare mode
About the chinese tree :
before T7 = Hard mode
After T7 = Very easy mode
That's pretty much all you have to know
