0 Class Points Glitch?

i had 10 class points, lvl 49 and a sharpshooter, i bought inf class for 5 class points, once i did it redirected me to some wired virgin media website and when i logged back in to NI i had 0 class points why is this?

I gave you the missing classpoints but I am really curious about the redirecting. Did it happen at upgrading ?

Yes I clicked upgrade to class and it redirected me to nord invasion search on virgin media (my Internet supplier)
