Extremely overpowered Nord Trained Recruits

Today me and my friend played with our Commandos on a normal server. The Nord Trained Recruits there were really fast (You could even see them running much faster than the other bots) and they killed us onehit everytime, even my friend with the commando marketplace armour and full health. Does anyone know why they are so overpowered?

The server bugged and gave them stats from a harder troop.
