it may be a faulty usb port or plug

is it a wireless mouse? lol only thing I can think is battery's may be flat and its beeping at you to change them, I cant really tell you exactly what's up without you explaining the situation a bit deeper like whats your Mouse's brand and model? what's current version drivers are installed? what are you plugging the mouse into? PS2, usb 2.0, usb 3.0? whhat USB drivers are installed at the moment?
